My mother came here to visit about five weeks ago. She said she would pay to go to school here just for the view/location and for the food. I am not saying that the student's food is amazing. I think they could use a little work with seasoning, but we still eat great for students. I am about to head to dinner where I will sit down to most likely 3 courses and sometimes 4. We are also waited on by other students in this one particular dining area and are welcome to all the Illy coffee we can drink and bottles of still or sparkling mineral water. This takes about 1.5 hours though.
We also have 2 Mediterranean kitchens, 2 Asias kitchens, and 2 Americas kitchens that serve a selection of about 4 to 5 different dishes each meal. They also tend to have some sort of apps to choose from. On top of that we have a kitchen called k16 that serves some random things and what would basically be called a build your own panini station. I am gonna throw a picture of my lunch up from the other day as an example of the Med kitchen. It include paella, some tapas (grilled shrimp, Serrano ham, olives and sardines), some bread and a cheesecake type dessert.
Oh, I almost forgot that once you come back from extern you can also use your meal swipe at the Apple Pie Bakery and Courtside Cafe. The best part of all is that if you are over 21 you can hit up the bar that is on campus which serves up a pretty good selection of beer way under bar prices. This is cash only however
